The Directors have over 15 years of experience in integrated property development, management and consultancy under Egbison Properties Limited – the company which has been driven to make itself a household name in the property industry; in the development of Diamond City Luxury, Diamond City Elegance, Diamond City Galaxy, Diamond City Ecstasy and Diamond City Desire.

Our Team

The management team has continuously combined an understanding of finance, development in nation’s economy and property development which has enabled them to successfully embark on and execute extensive property development projects that would defy seemingly large companies.

Its day to day operations are currently undertaken by a team of versatile and enterprising young men led by Silas Egbita as the Chief Executive Officer.

Silas Egbita – Chairman / Chief Executive Officer

Silas Egbita has had a varied career in a number of roles, bringing His characteristic drive and inter-personal skills to every position he has occupied. Prior to starting work, he holds a Higher National Diploma in Statistics from Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa, following that up with a PGDM from the Nasarawa State University Keffi.


After completing his HND programme, he joined Niger Insurance Plc Abuja where he works in the office of the General Manager. In addition to his responsibilities which included organizing, drafting documents, presentations which played a key role in a number of policy objectives. He brought his experience and nous to bear on Strategic planning for business Development.

In 2009, Silas Egbita formed Egbison Properties Ltd, a property consultant, development, infrastructure and management firm.

His successes in the role of Property Consultancy and leveraging with other property magnate led him to form a fully property development company named Diamond City and Apartments Ltd that is developing Diamond City Estate in the Federal Capital Territory Abuja.


Mr. Silas has outlined a bold new corporate strategy that seek to address imbalance in the housing market and better position Diamond City’s capacity to take leadership role within it. His ambition for Diamond City includes affordable housing – which he has a particular passion and  seeks to provide innovative means for the delivery and payment of these structures.


Silas is a board director in a number of companies including Egbison Properties Ltd, Jografav Nigeria Limited, Diamond Multi-concept Investment ltd and Peach City Properties Ltd.
